Gambix Startup Launch Credit — Terms

These terms govern the Gambix Startup Launch Credit (the “Credit”) and the free AI Growth Audit offered at gambix.io/startup.
1. What the Credit is
Eligible startups may receive up to $5,000 in Gambix Startup Launch Credit. The Credit is applied against:
- One-time setup fees for a Gambix program, and
- Program fees for the first 90 days of an ongoing Gambix program (Gambix AI, Website & Growth, Website Maintenance, or Digital Marketing).
The exact Credit amount depends on the program selected and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. “Up to $5,000” is a maximum, not a guaranteed amount.
2. What the Credit is not
- It does not apply to the $4,997 Gambix Startup Growth Sprint fee.
- It is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value.
- It cannot be combined with any other Gambix offer, discount, or promotion.
- It is not transferable to another company or individual.
3. Eligibility
To qualify, a company must:
- Be at pre-seed, seed, or Series A stage;
- Have fewer than 50 employees;
- Be a new Gambix client — existing and former clients are not eligible;
- Be based in the United States.
One Credit per company. Gambix confirms eligibility before issuing a Credit and may request reasonable evidence of stage and company size.
4. The free AI Growth Audit
Every claim includes a written AI Growth Audit covering site conversion, speed-to-lead, lead-capture integrity, and AI search visibility. The Audit is provided at no cost and carries no obligation to purchase. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.
5. No performance guarantee
Gambix does not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversion rate, ranking, revenue, or business outcome. Results vary by market, budget, offer, and execution. Nothing on the program page or in the Audit should be read as a promise of results.
6. Claiming
Submit the claim form at gambix.io/startup. Gambix will respond with an eligibility decision and, where eligible, the exact Credit amount in writing. Submitting a claim does not by itself create a contract or entitlement to the Credit.
7. Redemption window and expiry
Once issued in writing, a Credit must be redeemed against a signed Gambix engagement within 90 days of issue. Unused Credit expires at the end of that window and does not roll over. The 90-day application period runs from the start date of the ongoing program.
8. Changes and withdrawal
Gambix may change or withdraw this program at any time. Changes do not affect a Credit already confirmed in writing. Gambix may decline or revoke a Credit where eligibility information is inaccurate or where the program is being used in bad faith.
9. Governing terms
This program is additional to, and governed by, the Gambix Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict, the signed engagement agreement takes precedence.
